SHIPPING INFORMATION1. These As we ship internationally and
all are treated as commercial shipments, each shipment will be charged to
Customs Duty by the government of the destination country. The rules and rates
related to Customs Duty vary widely from country to country and it not possible
for us to predict or control those. It is responsibility of the customer to pay
the all import duties and taxes for the shipment at the place of respective
destination. Jewels Jaipur will not be responsible for any such duties
and Taxes applied at the Time of the import of the shipment. Also it is the
customers responsibility to produces the necessary documents to clear the
shipment at the Time import.
2. Jewels Jaipurm will not be
responsible for the delay and loss of the shipment due to failure to pay the
duties and taxes at the place of destination of the shipment
3. Normally the shipping company
DHL,EMS,UPS will take to anywhere from 5-10 working days for delivery of your
package. This period may exceed incase of any delay due to natural calamity.
4. All items purchased from
Jewels Jaipur to are made pursuant to a shipment contract. We Send Orders
Via insured Carrier and insurance terms & conditions are as Applicable by
Insurance company.
5. The orders will be shipped to
the shipping address provided by the customer( if payment has been done by bank
only) and Jewels Jaipur will not be responsible for the delay of shipment due
to wrong or incomplete shipping address
6. The shipping Invoice will be
made for the shipment will be made by deducting the credit card or paypal
transfer fees paid to process the payment. .

not ship any of the order unless and until the full payment will get deposited

Return Policy
Upon receipt of your order, please open the package immediately and inspect the contents for damage or manufacturing defects. If any item in your order is damaged in shipping, or if you find any significant manufacturing defects, please call Customer Service within 5 days of receipt of your order at +91-141-2621297 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We cannot accept any returns without prior approval. Upon receipt and inspection of your returned merchandise, we will either exchange your item or issue a full credit in the amount of the original purchase price.
Once your return has been authorized, please re-pack your return item(s) with the gift box(es) and in the original shipping packaging and include a description inside each package with the reason for returning the item(s), i.e. "product is damaged", "I am not satisfied", etc. Include your full name, address and phone number to ensure a timely refund or exchange.

Exchange Policy
Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below:
- If you would like to request an exchange please write to us info@jewelsjaipur.com
- Items which to be exchanged need to be sent to the addresses given below within 10 days of receiving the goods.
- Jewels Jaipur will replace the items free of cost or issue a full refund if we have sent you a wrong item .
- If you would like to exchange any item, Jewels Jaipur will replace the returned items free of cost and issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the credit /debit card used for online shopping. However, shipping charges would not be refunded. On receipt of the wrong product at our return address, you would need to place a fresh order for the correct item.
